Hello. I am a women certified business in NYC. I recently bidded on a PLA painting job. I really don’t want to sign the letter of assent since I am the lowest bidder, can you help me fight this. I am not willing to become a union company and my guys don’t want to make less, since the benefits will go to the unions and not them!
Please help!
