Public Comments on FAR Councils’ Proposed Project Labor Agreement Regs Available
The Federal Acquisition Regulatory (FAR) Council’s public comment period on proposed regulations implementing Executive Order 13502 that would expand the use of government-mandated project labor agreements (PLAs) on federal construction projects closed 9/23.
Interested parties can now view some of the public comments here. Additional comments will be uploaded by the government in the coming weeks.
